Our Promises and Our Expectations
We, at Levels of Discovery, promise to do our best to be an excellent vendor and as a part of that quest, have developed the following short list of our promises to you and our expectations from you…our valued customer. Please review these policies carefully.
Our Promise:
Levels of Discovery promises to do our best to continually introduce and offer products that are safe, innovative, heirloom-quality and offer "a little something extra" to our end consumer. We will always value our customer and your end consumer as we know that you and they are our future.
Our Expectation:
We expect that you will do everything to ensure that your customers have nothing but the best possible experience with our products. Your valued partnership is important to us and we stand ready to work through any challenges together. Likewise, we ask that you present our product and our brand with the same high quality imagery, logos and trademark/copyright notices as we have endeavored to present it to you.
Our Promise:
Levels of Discovery promises to do our best to maintain adequate inventories so that we can ship quickly to meet your needs throughout the year. On those occasions where a delay is unavoidable, we will do our best to inform you at once and advise you as to when the product will be back in stock.
Our Expectation:
As a small, family-owned business, we expect to be paid in full and on time according to the terms you have agreed to. On those occasions where a delay is unavoidable, we ask that you inform us immediately and advise us as to when the invoice will be paid in full.
Our Promise:
Levels of Discovery promises to provide a fair and equitable "price/value" relationship for our products and services. We will endeavor to be consistent and reasonable in our pricing policies and to provide all customers with enough profit to provide the quality of service that we expect.
Our Expectation:
We expect that you will also provide a fair and equitable retail "price/value" relationship when advertising and/or selling our products. It is our suggestion and desire that our customers offer our products for at least the Minimum Advertised Price (plus shipping, handling and applicable sales taxes).
We strongly request that you not advertise or offer our products for less than the Minimum Advertised Price except in the cases of temporary, limited time (4-5 times per year) sales offers and/or following the official notice of the retirement (discontinuation) of an item. We expect our products to be consistently presented as premium, high-quality branded merchandise.
Our Final Promise:
Levels of Discovery promises to value our relationship with you and treat you and your customers with the integrity and respect you both deserve. However, we continue to reserve the right to do business only with those customers we feel best meet our long term company goals. We realize that you also have the right to make the same decision about us as a vendor partner. While we cannot be perfect, we will strive for excellence in all that we do every day to earn your valued business.
